Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria

The location was good and stunning, not very far from The Centre at Post Oak. Queen room was fantastic and impressive with access to free breakfast. The food was fabulous and the staff was very helpful.

Gorgeous impressive room with access to free breakfast. A work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a cable TV with on-demand films were nice. Absolutely perfect location of the hotel next to the Galleria;))

Beds were hard.

Spotless, brand-new hotel, I loved gorgeous and cool rooms and attentive staff. Also, location was unbeatable, not too far from Williams Tower. The room with access to free breakfast. There were a safe box, TV set and an electronic key card if needed.

The hotel has a great location and the staff, especially at the cafe, provided friendly service. The room was a letdown, lacking essentials like an exhaust fan and hand soap, and the breakfast was overpriced and not impressive. I had my share of ups and downs here.

Great location directly across from Saks 5th Avenue. The gym is excellent, with a large space with great equipment, including a Peloton bike for those needing a solid workout.

Housekeeping fell short. We found coffee stains from previous guests after days without cleaning. The blackout curtains left gaps on either side, letting in unwelcome light, and it was frustrating dealing with the only ice machine located way down on the 3rd floor while staying up on the 13th.

Great location and nice pool, but room was not cleaned thoroughly.

I stayed at hyatt regency for 2 nights with a group, and the breakfast was delicious! There were so many options to choose from, and everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is in a great location near the galleria mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient. The staff was very pleasant and always ready to help with any questions.

More senior-friendly seating near common areas.

The pool area was a fantastic spot for us to relax while the children splashed around. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Houston Zoo, a must-visit for any family. The staff was genuinely friendly.

My kids wished the dining options included more kid-friendly meals, like standard burgers or pizza. It would make dining in a lot easier for families.

The King Room I stayed in was really nice and modern. It had great lighting and the beds were super comfy. The USB ports were a nice touch too! Just a bit of a letdown with housekeeping being a bit slack at times. The room was well-maintained and had a fresh vibe.

The Hyatt Regency offered a clean room and attentive staff. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the Galleria Mall. The on-site restaurant provided a variety of delicious options at reasonable prices. The business center was well-equipped, facilitating my work needs effectively.
